Capacity

Our company is capable of producing bulk quantities of promised Stainless Steel Bright Bars, Stainless Steel Bright Bars, etc. To assure this, we have installed four integrated set up of machines, which help us in manufacturing our range in perfect adherence to the standards of the segment. The combined production capacity of our enterprise is 1,500 MTs every month. The weight bridges (50 MT) installed at our infrastructure facility assures perfect accuracy in respect to outward/inward materials. To deliver this bulk range, we have backed ourselves with a fleet of 8 HCVs/LCV.

Currently, the company is run by two talented sons of the founder, Mr. Kantilal H Oswal and Mr. Dinesh H Oswal. They are highly experienced in the field of ferrous metals and more. Our infrastructure is maintained as per the strict standards of the country. The infrastructure is carefully segregated into several facilities including manufacturing plant, warehouse, quality control lab, administrative & sales department and many more. Processes

Our company is carrying out many processes in the facilities that we own. At our premise, stringent material testing/crack testing as well as UT/MPI testing are performed. Our top notch facility is also capable of performing grinding, cutting, tampering and drawing activities with ease. The range that we offer leaves this facility only after its proper weight is confirmed. The range is dispatched with proper documentation and certificates.
